Professional background
I have been a professional therapist for about 10 years, treating marginalized populations in the areas of mental health, addictions, street living, treatment of released prisoners, and more, in which I use dynamic, cognitive, and behavioral approaches, tailored to the patient's personal treatment goals. By training, I am a social worker and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist with therapeutic experience in various treatment goals, such as: drug, alcohol, and gambling addictions, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, manic-depressive illness, domestic violence, family interventions, poverty and exclusion, anger management, emotional therapy, and more.
I treat with a unique approach, in which all communication channels are open, to understand the patient's world and internal mechanisms. I work through emotions, cognition and behavior, while creating an empathetic, inclusive and empowering space. Treatment topics can consist of the worlds of mental health, addictions and other challenges that match the needs and goals of the treatment. I am dedicated to my patients and ready to work with all my strength for the purpose of personal observation, growth and development.

Task
First, we will review the past, creating intimacy, a personal and safe space. Based on the information we share, we will understand the diagnosis of the problem and thus the symptoms and goals of treatment. Motivation and acceptance are critical for building a healthy treatment plan. We will use emotional, cognitive and behavioral treatment tools for learning, healing, rehabilitation and recovery.
